Do I need a card to try it?

Can I import my catalog?
Yes. If you already have it in Excel, import it and start the same day, no typing product by product.
How many stores can I have?
From one to as many as you need. Start with one and add stores as you grow; poléo is already ready.
What if I lose internet?
For multiple stores, poléo lives in the cloud —which is exactly what keeps them in sync—, so it needs a connection. For single-store businesses, the downloadable version is already available: install it on your computer and keep selling even if the internet drops. You’ll find it in the “Single store” section above.
Does it work for my business?
If you sell physical products, yes: grocery, pharmacy, beauty, hardware, stationery, fashion, electronics and more.
Does it work with my printer and barcode scanner?
Yes, with any brand — you don’t have to buy new equipment. The printer can be a 58 or 80 mm thermal, laser or inkjet: if your computer already recognizes it, poléo prints to it. The scanner, wired or wireless, needs no install: plug it in, scan, and the product goes on the ticket.
What about my scale and cash drawer?
The drawer opens when you close the sale, using the standard pulse that ticket printers send. The scale connects if it sends weight over a serial port —Torrey and Systel among them— and poléo detects on its own how yours speaks; if yours doesn’t connect, you type the weight and the price is still calculated for you. Have a specific brand? Message us on WhatsApp before you sign up and we’ll confirm.
Can I invoice (CFDI)?
Electronic invoicing (CFDI 4.0) is in beta — you can already try it. Meanwhile, you control and sell your whole business with no problem.
Is there a lock-in?
